Instead of listening to the beats, you become it in this exhilarating full-body workout inspired by stress relieving drumming that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training, with yoga and pilates inspired movements.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out. Each song in the workout is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, and after you’re done in class you will have burned major calories strengthening and sculpting, and drastically improved your rhythm, timing, coordination, speed, agility and endurance.

The athletic urban dance fitness workout that took the fitness world by storm debuts at DV, by popular demand as a weekly class, and kicks off with a Free Trial Open House.
Combining various genres of dance and high energy music, this smooth and funky workout is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving and working up a sweat, all with a smile on your face from start to end.
The choreographed easy to follow moves will have you dancing like a pro in a very short time, all the while staying fit and loving it.
NIRVANA Fitness : Every Tues, 10.45am & Thurs 8pm
Fitness isn’t always strenuous. We need to also take care of our emotional and mental wellness, and train to breathe deep into cellular levels for maximum body efficiency. Nirvana is an uplifting blend of Yoga Stretch, Pilates Toning and Rhythmic Breathing exercises set to specially composed music and designed to de-stress, detox and holistically reset our metabolism.
Breathing is the only bodily rhythm that we are able to consciously control, and as such breathing is our gateway to monitoring and training the body into a calmer and healthier state. The breathing techniques used in Nirvana Fit are recommended by doctors worldwide, with the effects well documented within the wellness science community.
Stress creates a vicious cycle that reduces your body's ability to effectively oxygenate, promoting and aggravating depression, anxiety, chronic pain and disease.
